A colleague of mine in Atlanta has a client that has been contacted by an Assistant Attorney General representing the Oregon Department of Agriculture in an investigation of misrepresentation of "Kentucky 31" tall fescue seed in Oregon. Atlanta based client needs an Oregon based lawyer to interface with the AG and handle any potential issues.
