Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Vice President of Infrastructure is a member of the management team and will be responsible for overseeing CAPEX and maintenance planning, coordination, and delivery oversight. Represents Company in relation to engineering issues with pertinent stakeholders. Ensures that the Structure is maintained in a standard aligning with requirements of the Lease Agreement and any additional standards set by the CEO and/or Board of Directors.
