UHC Level Funded Plan – Reporting Requirement

Our company needs to complete ACA filing this year as we have a United Healthcare level funded plan. We went under this plan as of 1/1/2024. This has to do with a 6055 Membership Report, and IRS Form 1095-B, 1095-C reporting.
