We are looking to hire experienced TPA Consultant(s). Remote likely OK. The role will involve managing client and advisor relationships for 401k, Cash Balance, and Defined Benefit Plans. Must be able to understand, communicate about and perform annual administration tasks for retirement plans such as compliance testing, contribution allocation calculations, trust accounting, form 5500 preparation, large plan audit support, training administrative support staff. Knowledge of ERISA rules and how to apply them is required. Service skills are required and will be emphasized heavily.
