We are looking for California title insurance/escrow companies who have experience in dealing with successor trustees where the deeds into the trust were executed via RON (Remote Online Notarization) with an out-of-state notary. We are learning that Fidelity/Chicago Title are requiring that all beneficiaries sign an agreement before they issue a title policy. Please provide an email intro if they can guarantee they can issue policies without any additional requirements.
