At a court hearing recently, the opposing party submitted text messages as evidence that suggested our client was talking to their nine-year-old son about the facts of the case to alienate the son from the other parent. We want to confirm the messages were actually written by that parent. We're looking for a qualified expert who can determine the distinct characteristics used in text messaging to help us show that that parent sent these text messages from the son?s phone to that parent.
