Terri Pastori, co-managing member of Pastori | Krans in Concord, NH, was a panelist and provided an update on discrimination law at the NH Bar Association’s Annual Labor & Employment Law CLE. Her presentation covered key issues such as religious exemptions from COVID vaccination mandates, disability and sex discrimination, and retaliation claims. Terri also co-wrote an article for the NH Bar News, September 2024 edition, providing insight on the new law in New Hampshire that permits guns in certain employer parking lots and protects employees from required disclosures.
