Dear all. I have a friend whose father is in an assisted living center living on savings and military retirement. He owes the IRS money for mistakenly not filing his taxes many years ago and not contesting the return. While I doubt he can contest the amount at this point, he needs someone who can settle his debt. He is in LA, the daughter is in Boston. Looking for someone who is experienced negotiating debts with the IRS (as he is not able to pay them off).
