Looking for a candidate who can just do the work from "given a file to sitting second chair and everything in between." Don't have to go over their briefs or writing and re do it or just spend too much time going over it, otherwise they aren't worth the pay. They will pay well for this, 125-250ish depending on skill level and if a book and how good they are etc. -
