Ability to generate or be handed a case and work it from start to finish without any 'true working help' from the partners and firm founders. Someone who has sat in second chair and done most of the work, or someone who has owned their own firm and is looking to join an established and growing firm or someone who is just an overall great writer and trial attorney.
