Seeking an $11M apartment complex for a 1031 Exchange

I recently closed the sale of an apartment project and am doing a 1031 exchange. I am looking for an 11M dollar multifamily value-add deal in a great location anywhere in the US (preferably within a 1.5 hour plane ride from San Francisco).
