Looking for an attorney that can help a client, who has a guarantor on an SBA loan; sold her business but the buyer defaulted on paying the SBA loan, and now is stuck with wage garnishments because of Administrative Offsets. The client is in Norther California, but I don to think jurisdiction matters.
