The Group Account Representative (GAR) will represent our company in a sales and marketing capacity to clients and prospects in an assigned territory with an emphasis on soliciting new group takeover plans and cross-selling other products Setting qualified appointments with plan sponsors of 401k and 403b Plans through multiple strategies, cold calling, networking, and referrals Attend client review meetings with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for the top five to ten clients in the GAR?s territory to position the GAR to ask clients for introductions and to be a reference for sales.
