I have clients - hetero couple, live in San Francisco now, he is 70, she is 64, married - who want to explore assisted living/CCRC communities in anticipation of moving to one in the next 10 years, maybe in the Bay Area, maybe not. They want to know what's out there, how they should think about this decision, what kind of places they should consider. Is there someone that does this kind of consulting? Open to finding someone nationally.
