My client is a large law firm that is looking for a consultant to provide advice regarding hiring lawyers and staff in Argentina, Phillipines, and other low cost jurisdictions to provide legal services here. Lawyers and staff working remotely from a foreign country, but licensed here for the work being performed. The driver is cost savings. Looking for a consultant familiar with this practice of shifting services off shore.
