Experienced attorney needed to join our growing probate practice! Bequest is looking for an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience (no probate experience required). The position will start on a part-time basis with room to grow into a full-time position. There will also be a future option to work on estate planning as the firm grows. The ideal candidate will have some litigation experience and will be a self-starter, who is eager to learn, able to be flexible, and happy to work directly with our clients. Minimal in-office time required.
