Client struck 3 pedestrian children in a crosswalk in the city of Thouand Oaks. Police report indicates that the children were at fault but families of the children have nevertheless retained counsel and filed a claim against client. Client wants to retain independent counsel because she's not sure her insurance company (Geico) will act in her best interests.
