Prospective client who runs a nonprofit needs help: One of nonprofit's sponsors wrongly used the nonprofit's EIN to open a PayPal account for fundraising. Now PC's nonprofit can't open PayPal account because the EIN has been usurped by third party. Not sure what type of attorney/advisor is needed but please respond if you can help or know of someone who handles this type of matter.
