Latitude is seeking an IP Attorney who specializes in patents to join a boutique IP law firm based in Virginia. This is a fully remote position. Interested candidates should have 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, including the preparation and drafting of domestic and foreign patent applications, client counseling, opinion development, and due diligence activities.
