Client has a mentally unwell neighbor, who has taken to pouring his urine over their shared fence, as well as stealing water via client's outdoor hose. Images of neighbor's house indicates that neighbor is a major hoarder, frequently taking objects from client's trash. Neighbor's house is in disrepair. The homes are in an extremely wealthy neighborhood in SoCal. My field is mostly international transactions, M&A, video games, startups, joint ventures. So, thinking this is better with someone else.
