I am a Financial Advisor and have a client who is looking for a consultant to help us set up some structure for holding family meetings. These would be done every 3/6 months, set up some family values we all agree on, basic system to follow on addressing family matters (biz/financial) as well as some protocols we follow to schedule and conduct the meetings. We need a consultant who knows how to do this and can help us set up a structure for this. Our understanding is this meeting structure is common in multi generational businesses.
