I assume others of you who are patients at NW Medical received this notice, but the contractor, Elekta, for NW had it's data breached, including names, SS#, address, DOB, health ins info, medical records, prescriptions, physicians, etc. I assume this is a big HIPPA violation. All they are offering is free credit reporting for a year, I get so tired of this crap with no liability. Does anyone see a cause of action here and also handles these matters? Thank you.
