My client is looking to add an M&A Advisor to their existing 4-person Florida team. They specialize in the valuation, sale, and acquisition of insurance distribution businesses, including retail agencies, wholesale brokerages, MGAs, MGUs, and program administrators. All leads are developed by the company, and the M&A Advisor processes and takes the leads to the finish line. They offer a base salary, and expect a two-year ramp up period, but annual income is expected to be $250k-$300k once you are ramped up.
