Boutique business law firm looking for a senior level attorney interested in building a book of business while practicing M&A and general corporate law. Flexible hours and location. Team is currently comprised of one full time female attorney and 4 part-time female attorneys plus an experienced paralegal/COO. The firm focuses on securities, mergers and acquisitions and general contract review, with a client focus on start-ups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Prefer 10+ years of legal experience in mergers & acquisitions and ability to jump in at a high level.
