We are looking for a lending program for our clients to finance their life insurance policies. We have been in business and lending for the last 20 years with larger national banks, but prefer to work with smaller banks as they are more focused on personalized, high touch customer service and client relationships. The asset they would be lending on is a cash value rich life insurance policy from an A rated or better carrier and the bank would be fully secured with an assignment on the policy and additional collateral pledged to the bank as needed.
