Growing boutique litigation firm seeks mid-level construction litigation associate, with at least 5-7 years of experience in complex government contract disputes and/or construction law to support a local, national and international mediation, arbitration and litigation practice. Law-firm experience a must. Duties DOE and would include a plan for growth and client development, including extensive direct client contact and possible second chair for arbitration and trial in high-stakes matters. Excellent writing skills, high academic achievement and strong personal skills are required.
