Carr McClellan is looking for an attorney with five to twelve years of litigation experience to work in a collaborative environment on our Litigation team. This position is open in our Burlingame office. Candidates must have demonstrated experience building cases for trial, including developing evidence, complex case management, electronic discovery, interviewing witnesses, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions in court and arbitration proceedings.
