Juan Ros, CFP®, financial advisor with Forum Financial Management, gave a presentation in-person on September 28 to a gathering of the Charitable Gift Planners of Houston. Juan's presentation, "Maximizing Impact: Year-End (and Year-Round) Giving Strategies for Charitable Planners," explored major and planned giving strategies that donors/clients can consider, as well as the impact of current tax law and the pending sunset of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. In his practice, Juan specializes in working with charitable individuals, particularly business owners.
