I've recently been contacted by a few unrelated individuals complaining about the same international health insurance engaging in all sorts of bad faith behaviors. Which didn't surprise me, since my wife had similar issues with same insurance company years ago, while we were living in Europe. I'm not a litigator, can't take the case, but it might be a good opportunity for a litigator with class action, health insurance, experience.
