Is anyone working with high-net-worth Russian clients that have trouble moving money right now? This is obviously intentional on the part of the banks. However, this client already has money abroad. The client is only a Russian Resident and citizen. He owns an asset and commodities. Russia is trying to get him to bring all his assets back to the country. Currently, he is unable to move out of the country and thus the unintentional side affect is that he is only left with the option of moving money back into Russia, which is not what he wants to do.
