Identity Theft & Cyber Theft – SFO

I am looking for counsel to assist a client in northern California. The client had their idenity stolen by a disgrutled girl friend who it turns out had cyber gang ties in the Phillipines. The resulting theft and compromises are extensive. The client needs someone in California ideally with contacts to the local FBI office in Northern California. Thank you!
