Our client is a real estate development and property management firm with a diverse portfolio of restaurants, commercial offices, multi-family buildings, high-end residential Malibu homes, and raw land assets. They are currently developing a luxury high rise building containing a luxury hotel and branded residential condos. They are seeking a Hotel Development Associate to take the lead and oversee all phases of the hotel development process, working with project stakeholders on financing and hotel brand selection through construction. This is an in-person role in downtown Los Angeles.
