Seeking attorney experienced in the formation, setup and organization of Home Owners Associations (HOA) for a new townhome development in the Ridgecrest, CA area. The project is currently in the build out stage. My law firm is preparing Purchase Agreements & escrow instructions for the developer to be able to pre-sell the townhomes and prospective buyers need to be provided with HOA documents along with the Purchase Agreement.
