Hi all, We have a number of HOA clients and one in particular is in need of ongoing consel to help fill the gap between insurance and grey areas in the CC'R's. Several law suits have been filed that dont fall within the purvue of insurance, and are more issues with the CC'Rs and the responsibility of the HOA vs. Unit owners.
