Serve as primary first line point of contact for benefits for new clients during the implementation process, acting as a consultant to the client specializing in functional area of benefits. Analyze, interpret and comprehend employer benefits plan requirements. Build configure customized benefit plans used in coordination with other services sold and other departments as necessary. Full understanding and subject matter expertise of EDI /carrier connections, Cobra, FSA, HSA and ACA reporting and compliance.
