The Law Offices of Eugene K. Hollander filed suit on November 23, 2020 alleging that Minooka Community High School District 111 fostered an atmosphere of racial hostility on behalf of his client, Stanley Fabian. Fabian alleged that he was subjected to numerous racial taunts and that racism at the school went as far back as 1987.
