Bay Area nonprofit client seeking a consultant to fill in on a fractional basis as a Director of Property. This position directs, manages, maintains and oversees and organization-owned (nine) properties, (3) shelters and (300+) master leased units. Requires extensive property management and leasing best practices, with in depth knowledge of HUD Fair Housing and Affordable Housing programs.
