I have a client that lost a number of bitcoin due to a sim card swap. The hacker is known: Graham Clark, the Florida teen who is accused of the big Twitter hack last summer. My client has NY counsel that is helping him negotiate with Clark via federal prosecutors, but would like to pursue civil litigation against Clark to recover damages. If anyone knows appropriate Florida counsel I can refer to my client, I would appreciate it.
