Potential client is married and wants to do some estate planning. Her husband has dozens of investment properties, a couple of shopping centers, some fast food restaurants. Some of the properties are jointly owned. The wife (PNC) wants to know to which of the properties she is entitled, and to what extent. I recommended that she work with a family law attorney to make this determination prior to creating her estate plan.
