Homicide in Kansas City. Police seized client's cell phone and sent to FBI's cell tower analysis expert. We expect the State to argue the cell phone's movement is consistent with the movement of a vehicle seen on surveillance footage, and that it was in the vicinity of the homicide around the time it occurred. Evidence disclosed to us includes Cellebrite data as well as historical cell tower data from service provider.
