My client is looking to connect to various thought leaders and/or seasoned professionals in the alt-protein / plant-based / new food space, as my business partner and I are forming a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) focused on bringing a company in the sector to the public markets, which requires a strong industry-specific board and management team representative (in addition to my team's SPAC-specific experience).
