I represent a women who is now in an assisted living community in NJ. Previously, she was residing with her late husband in Florida. Prior to his death in April 2024, he moved to Texas to live with his child. He revised his will prior to death while living in Texas to exclude his wife, including removing her as beneficiary of some assets. His death certificate lists Travis, TX as his place of residence on DOD.
