I have a client that is looking for $5MM± Series B equity raise. Over the past 6 yrs. Lyfstone BV, www.lyfstone.com, has raised over $12MM. It has developed and patented a point of care diagnostic test for determining prosthetic joint infection (PJI) post-surgery. The product has undergone extensive testing and development in Europe where over 100 doctors are already purchasing the product. Proceeds will be used to cover costs getting FDA approval for the product. After FDA approval, the company will expand its market to the US and targets to become protocol for millions of patients worldwide.
