I have a family looking for advice concerning their contract with Equity Key 7 years ago. They are trying to close this contact and having issues with the firm that has taken over Equity Key since their BK. The contract was to sell future equity in their home to help them through financial difficulties at the time. He hasn't been able to find any legal assistance who has knowledge of this type of deal.
