I have an HR Generalist in a HR department of 1 that needs compliance help primarily with on-going employee issues that involve drugs/alcohol, in addition to handbook updates and general guidance. Must be based in Oregon, preferrably in Portland. An HR Consultant with deep compliance knowledge may also work.
