Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Attorney – Various Regions

The law firm of Foster Garvey PC is seeking an experienced ECVC Attorney to join its Business Group. This position will provide the attorney with a full-service bi-coastal platform to attract and grow a wide range of business and corporate clientele, as well as the opportunity to provide hands-on day-to-day close counseling of the Firm's existing small and large business clients and to structure and lead sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors. Candidates based in the Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, Portland, OR, New York, NY, or Washington, D.C. areas will be considered.
