Director of Asset Management and Data Analytics – NYC

Our client is the city of New York seeking a Director of Asset Management who will manage the development and execution of a system-wide asset management lifecycle process. The Director is responsible for the development and oversight of new policies, practices, and procedures to support asset management across the New York City Public Schools (NYCPS), the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Policy, Process and Governance, knowledge of Contract and experience in Contract Management.
