I have a client in the home remodeling space looking for a presenter to be both on-camera and in front of an audience. Optimally, this person has experience as a newscaster or broadcaster (not in acting) and is credible, trustworthy, friendly and approachable. Travel involved several times a year. Their target audience is in their 30's and 40's so they're looking for someone in that age range.
