I'm looking for a CPA or attorney that is familiar with financial contracts for financial planners. In particular I have a financial planner that set up an S-Corp, but his new RIA will only pay to him individually. I have warned that the S-Corp is a bad idea, but he wants options and is possibly looking at creating a financial contract between himself and his S-Corp. I would love to talk with someone well versed in this matter as them seem hard to find.
