Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP is seeking a Corporate/Tax Attorney to support our mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and real estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in all aspects of business transactions and tax law, including entity formation with the ability to review tax structure, form opinions, make recommendations, and prepare documentation for our clients. Candidates who possess a LL.M. degree in Taxation will be favored.
